各位同学：
北海道大学2015-2016学年HUSTEP项目及SAS/SRS项目现已开始申请，请有意向报名的同学仔细阅读以下信息，并于10月16日中午12：00前将报名材料交至贵勤楼520办公室，并将电子版“学生交流项目提名表”（下载地址：https://faoffice.lzu.edu.cn/lzupage/B20150702111443.html）发送到指定邮箱outgoing@lzu.edu.cn。
申请材料清单：
1. 兰州大学学生出国境校际交流项目申请表（原件一份）；
2. 学生成绩单（成绩单右下角应显示平均必修学分积点）（原件一份）；
3. 个人中、英文简历（原件一份）；
4. 外语成绩复印件（复印件一份）；
5. 兰州大学派出交流生学习计划安排表（原件一份）。

HUSTEP 2016 Spring Semester
Regarding the HUSTEP application forms and other required documents,
you can download them from the HUSTEP website:

The outline of HUSTEP 2016 Spring Semester Course is as follows:
1. Period: April 1, 2016 ? Mid-August 2016 (5 months)
2. Application Deadline: October 30, 2015
3. Admission notification: December, 2015
4. Program Features:
- Designed for undergraduate students both in Humanities and Science
- Courses in English (Japanese language ability is not required)
- Admission and tuition fee waiver
- Being eligible to apply for the Japan Student Service organization (JASSO) scholarship if students participate in HUSTEP
5. Important Details:
- Applications received after the deadline will not be accepted.
- Non-native English speakers must have a score of at least TOEFL iBT 79 or IELTS 6.5.
- Due to the capacity of the program, there is a screening process to select the participants. Not all students who apply will be accepted.
- Only a limited number of students can be nominated for the JASSO scholarship.
Special Audit Student (SAS) / Special Research Student (SRS)
1. Period: (1 semester) April 1, 2016 ? September 30, 2016
(1 year) April 1, 2016 ? March 31, 2017
2. Course Language: (SAS) Japanese / (SRS) Japanese / English
3. Application Deadline: November 20,2015
4. Notes:
Application form will be sent request basis.
Please send us the nomination attached nomination list one month prior to the application deadline at the latest.
