为在校内营造良好的国际化氛围，为师生搭建跨文化交流平台，国际合作与交流处本学期将继续于双周周四下午组织中、外专家共同参与“Thursday Salon”活动。2024年第一期活动将于3月7日（星期四）下午举行。

To provide a platform for cross-cultural communication among Chinese and foreign experts, “Thursday Salon” will continue to be held on Thursday afternoon of the even week in the semester. The first “Thursday Salon” of 2024 will kick off  on 7 March (Thursday).

二、 活动目标 (Objectives)

新学期到来之际，为协助外国专家谋划新学期工作，融入学校事业发展，2024年第一期“Thursday Salon”将围绕如下内容展开：

To assist foreign experts in better planning for the new semester, the first “Thursday Salon” in 2024 will focus on the following aspects:

1.介绍新学期外籍教师汉语班相关情况和信息；

    Orientation on Chinese language course for foreign teachers in the new semester.

2.国际处为外国专家讲解我校出入境审批相关政策和规定；

The International Office explains procedures for LZU staff going abroad and inviting foreign visitors.

3.中、外方教师代表分别就开展国际科研合作进行经验分享。

Presentations about experiences in international research collaborations.

四、 分享嘉宾介绍 (Guests for presentations)

                           

 

1.道格拉斯﹒德﹒卡斯特罗（Douglas de Castro），巴西籍，在美国杨伯翰大学、巴西圣保罗大学先后获得国际法法学硕士学位、在巴西圣保罗大学获得政治学博士学位后，先后在巴西雷迪尔大学、南圣卡埃塔诺大学、保利斯塔大学任教。2015年至2018年在格图里奥﹒瓦加斯基金会圣保罗法学院（FGV-Law School SP）从事国际经济法方面的博士后研究，2018年至2021年，在美国安布拉大学任教授。2022年1月起在兰州大学法学院任教，讲授《国际商法》《国际环境法》等课程。

  Professor Douglas de Castro, a Brazilian national, obtained his Master's degree in International Law from Brigham Young University in the United States and São Paulo University in Brazil. After completing his PhD in Political Science at São Paulo University, he taught at Redeemer University, South Santa Catarina University, and Paulista University in Brazil. From 2015 to 2018, he conducted postdoctoral research in international economic law at the Getulio Vargas Foundation Law School in São Paulo. From 2018 to 2021, he served as a professor at Umbra University in the United States. Since January 2022, he has been teaching at the Law School of Lanzhou University, where he delivers courses on International Business Law and International Environmental Law, among others.

 

       

 

2.陈耀龙，医学博士，教授，博士生导师，兰州大学健康数据科学研究院执行院长，中国医学科学院循证评价与指南研究创新单元主任，世界卫生组织指南实施与知识转化合作中心主任。兰州大学第一医院临床医学研究中心主任。STAR中国指南评级执行委员会主任委员。。

Dr Yaolong Chen is a guideline methodologist at the Evidence Based Medicine Centre of Lanzhou University. He is the Founding Director of Chinese GRADE Centre and Co-Director of WHO Collaborating Centre for Guideline Implementation and Knowledge Translation. He is also the Chair of GIN Asia (Guideline International Network). He received his Bachelor’s degree in clinical medicine at Lanzhou University, Master’s degree in evidence-based medicine at Chinese Cochrane Centre, and PhD degree in integrative medicine at Lanzhou University. He studied guideline development in McMaster University between September 2010 and March 2011 as a visiting research fellow and worked for the WHO Guidelines Review Committee between September 2013 and March 2014 as a volunteer.
