各单位、各位老师：

为持续优化全球合作布局，强势集合我校优势及特色学科力量，展现兰州大学国际化发展新面貌，我校将于2024年7月16日—27日举办2024年国际暑期班（Lanzhou University International Summer Program，LZU-ISP）。热忱欢迎我校各单位发动自有国际合作资源，积极推荐国外青年友人聚首金城兰州，共话“可持续发展与丝绸之路”。诚邀各位老师发动国际合作伙伴及历届师门同行，广召国外青年关注并参与此项目，共享陇原清凉一夏。希望在项目参与者访问兰大的同时，双方共寻合作契机，达成初步合作意向。项目基本情况如下：

 一、项目简介

2024年兰州大学国际暑期班是一个以“可持续发展与丝绸之路”为主题、以“边走、边看、边学”为特色、以丝路热点城市研学游为亮点的全时段、非学分暑期研学项目，为期12天。

项目期间，参与者基于学习观察和小组研讨，就丝路文明的可持续发展等相关议题，提出建议及方案。项目结束时，我校将举办第一期“丝绸之路可持续发展青年论坛”。届时，中外多国青年将就论坛主题发表个人演讲，在专属青年人的论坛上，留下自己的高光时刻。

What is 2024 LZU-ISP?

The 2024 LZU-ISP is a 12-day full-time non-credit program under the theme of Sustainability & Ancient Silk Road, landing in the hot spots within the Gansu provincial region, highlighted on a 7-day project-based field trip.

During the program, participants will put forward suggestions and plans on issues related to the sustainable development of the Silk Road civilization based on observation and group discussion. At the end of the program, Lanzhou University will hold the first "Silk Road Sustainable Development Youth Forum". Youth from home and abroad will give personal speeches on the same theme, marking their highlights on the Forum.

 二、项目概要

1. 时间：7月16日—27日（12天）

2. 集合地：中国甘肃省兰州市

3. 参访地：天祝、张掖、嘉峪关、敦煌（7天）

4. 招募对象：45岁以下国外青年；专业不限

5. 项目费用：需缴纳注册费1000元人民币。落地兰州后，我校承担项目期间当地交通及住宿费；其他费用均需自理。

6. 提名截止：4月30日北京时间18:00提名截止。有意愿参与项目者，需填写附件“提名表”发送至本项目专用邮箱scamp@lzu.edu.cn。国际处收到“提名表”后，将提供网上注册链接、ISP用户名及密码。

7. 签证提示：项目参与者在“提名表”中所填信息将用于兰州大学正式邀请函的签发。建议参与者申请F或X2签证入境中国。签证具体，请以各国中国使领馆官网中“领事服务”—“赴华签证”类栏目的最新要求为准。

        Quick Facts

1. Time: July 16-27, 2024 (12 days)

2. Location: Lanzhou, Gansu, China

3. Hot spots in Gansu: Tianzhu Zangzu Autonomous County, Zhangye, Jiayu Pass, Dunhuang

4. Participants: International Youth under the age of 45; No scientific area limitation

5. Costs: Each participant will pay 1000 yuan for registration. After, you can enjoy 12-day free accommodations and local transportation during the program. Please also note that participants will have to be responsible for all the other costs by themselves.

6. Deadline: Nomination before 18:00 (GMT+8), April 30. Please send the nomination form to scamp@lzu.edu.cn. The online registration link and ISP-ID & password will be provided after the receipt of the Nomination Form_2024 LZU-ISP.

7. For Visa applications, we kindly advise the participants to check on the latest updates about the Requirements and Procedures for Chinese Visa Applications on the websites of the Embassy/Consulate of the People’s Republic of China in your home country. F or X2 visa type is recommended.
